ABOUT KREMAG
OBJECTIVES:
  • To promote, encourage and support KREMAG and raise the technical standards, product  quality and safety to match global standards.
  • To seek Redressal of the problems of manufacturing industry that obstructs growth and development.
  • Safe guarding industry by drafting trade policies & guidelines, relating to payment terms, credit policy, tender conditions, labor safety, wrongful act of clients, etc.
  • Improve business relation within the trade community by educating members on ethical business practice.
  • Improve Industry image by focusing towards standardization. (Viz working terms, sizing, pricing)
  • To conduct Workshops & Training Programmes on smooth implementation & awareness in various subjects of GST. Other accounting know how, technical up gradation, etc.
  • The Association does not pursue any economic purpose & does not pursue the goals of any political party.
  • To represent adequately the legal interests of the members before any government body, semi government, local and /or any other statutory body, court, tribunal, hotels, restaurants and allied establishments.
  • To establish, sponsor or collaborate with other agencies, Association, institutions or services in fulfilment of any or all the above objectives.
  • To do all such acts, as may be required to be done in the interest of its members and in its own interest including investing in financial institutions and buying or selling any property in its own interest as lawfully permitted.

  • All the members of KREMAG shall be eligible to avail helps provided by government and concerned ministries for the Industry.
  • All the members of KREMAG shall be eligible for fabulous Association gatherings & outing conducted.
  • KREMAG may also organize visiting Exhibition in reference to our industry in India & Abroad.
  • Creating harmonious culture within manufacturers for betterment & development of industry as whole.

Please note:

  • Fees are Non-refundable & Non-Transferable in any case
  • Accounting period will be financial year i.e. 1st April to 31st March.
  • Annual Subscription fee should be paid by every member before the 30th April. In case of delay a late payment fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged as decided by Executive Committee.
  • If member does not pay Annual Subscription fee for the entire Financial Year intimation letter will be issued after which company’s membership will be stand cancelled. If company again wants to become member, they have to pay Registration fee.

Firms engaged in manufacturing as per following criteria will be eligible for KREMAG

  • Manufacturing companies operating outside Gujrat cannot be part of association.
  • Firm should be operational for more than 3 years in the above-mentioned scope.
  • Firm should be GST registered with all valid documents.
  • Minimum 2 references are required from existing KREMAG members
  • Employee Detached from the company can join after 3 years with valid documents.
  • In counting three years of standing in industries Partners, Brothers or Directors separated from exiting company or form will be considered.
  • If company name is not change, but directors/proprietor is change, membership charges will not be taken again.
  • If company’s directors/proprietor is same & company name is changed to entirely new name membership charges will not be taken again.
  • If directors / proprietor is changed and company also changed , membership fees will be changed. For instance, as in entire business is sold to some another entity.
  • If company name is upgraded to partnership/LLP /Pvt. Ltd or Limited, then no charges will be taken. New documents will be submitted for the same
